Cookie Policy

This policy describes the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used on our site and how you can control optional uses.

Effective and last updated: 13 September 2026

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which lets a site remember information on your device. First-party technologies are set by us; third-party technologies may be set by another service embedded in or linked from our site.

2. Technologies we use

Strictly necessary

These support core operation, security, and choices you request. We use local storage to remember the visual theme you choose and to remember your cookie-consent decision. They cannot be switched off through our consent panel because the requested site experience and privacy control depend on them. You may remove them through your browser, but the site will ask for or reset those choices.

Analytics

Analytics technologies can measure how visitors use a site. We do not currently activate analytics cookies or similar analytics storage on this website. The consent control is present so any future analytics integration remains off until an eligible visitor permits it.

Marketing

Marketing technologies can support advertising, audience measurement, or tracking across services. We do not currently activate marketing cookies or similar marketing storage on this website. These uses remain off unless an eligible visitor permits them and we implement a corresponding service.

3. Microsoft Bookings and Teams

Our booking experience uses a Microsoft Bookings page embedded in an iframe. The frame is not loaded on ordinary pages until you choose to open the booking experience; it loads directly when you visit the dedicated booking page. Microsoft may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver Bookings, prevent abuse, maintain security, and create a Teams meeting. Those technologies are controlled by Microsoft and subject to Microsoft's notices and settings.

Opening the booking tool is a direct request to use that feature. It is not treated as consent to unrelated analytics or advertising on the rest of our site.

4. Your choices

On your first visit, you can accept all optional technologies, reject optional technologies, or manage categories. You can change that choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from viewing the site or requesting a meeting.

You can also block or delete browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may cause settings to be forgotten or some features to work differently. Because browser controls vary, consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.

5. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if the technologies or providers we use change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For questions, email support@beevanceinsights.com. For wider information about our handling of personal information, read our Privacy Policy.
